Kelly’s exploration of mindfulness-informed psychological thought and the synergy of the mind/body/spirit connection have moved her to adopt a holistic approach to psychotherapy. Her strong theoretical and clinical background is balanced by esoteric endeavors that include the study and practice of Eastern and Western spiritual and metaphysical philosophy,  A Course in Miracles, yoga, and meditation. She is adept at counseling individuals coping with a variety of issues in a manner that honors the spirit as well as the psyche.

Ten years of experience in the mental health field, working with those seeking help  with such diverse concerns as grief and loss, relationship issues, transitions, personal growth, interpersonal concerns, depression, and anxiety have provided Kelly with a solid foundation of knowledge. She is skilled in the identification of obstacles as opportunities for healing, and the development of effective, creative solutions.

In addition to counseling individuals, couples, and families, Kelly has led numerous support and therapy groups and workshops for people experiencing a variety of challenges.

As a public speaker, Kelly has presented to clinical, corporate, church, and general audiences, addressing varied topics including Forgiveness; Therapeutic Humor in Psychotherapy; Concepts of Grief & Loss; Living Well: Making Every Moment Count; and Compassion Fatigue and Self-Care in the Professional Setting.  She has lectured at the graduate level at Salem State College , Northeastern University, and Goddard College, and supervised counseling, social work, and chaplain  student interns.

Kelly’s collaborative approach and belief that all answers are already present within the individual enable her to serve as an agent for change and transformation. Her intention is to help those with whom she works to embody conscious evolution – to experience the wisdom and fulfillment that come from awakening to their own magnificent nature.

She maintains a private practice in Newbury, MA.
